Custom Software Development, explained plainly.
Off-the-shelf tools are fine until your process is the product: a booking flow nobody else has, a pricing engine, an operations console, a customer portal tied to how you actually deliver work. That is when custom software pays for itself.
We design and build those systems — usually a web app plus the APIs and data underneath, sometimes with a mobile companion. The aim is fewer spreadsheets, fewer dropped handoffs, and software your team does not need a training week to understand.
We are a small registered MSME, which is deliberate. Custom work fails when it is thrown over a wall. You work with the people writing the code.
Who it is for
The business now lives in files, chats and memory. You need one system of record.
We replace a fragile pile of exports with a workflow that matches how you sell and deliver.
Customer portals, admin consoles and billing — built in React and Next.js, on a real database.
What usually brings people here.
Software that copies a competitor’s screens
We start from your operations, not a template pack.
A rebuild that never launches
We ship vertical slices: one workflow live, then the next.
Nobody who can change it later
Clear code, your repository, and the option to hire dedicated developers after launch.
Automation bolted on badly
WhatsApp, email and payments are wired into the workflow, not as random pop-ups.
From first call to a live product.
Watch the work
We learn how jobs actually move today — including the unofficial WhatsApp group.
Design the system
Roles, statuses, data, and the screens that matter. You approve before we over-build.
Deliver in slices
Working software every cycle. You can click it. We adjust.
Harden and hand over
Auth, backups, basic monitoring, and people who know how to run it.
Technologies we use
React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind — interfaces that stay maintainable.
Node.js or Python, PostgreSQL or MongoDB, chosen for the shape of the data.
AWS and straightforward hosting. Complexity only when the product needs it.
Flutter or React Native when the field or the customer should not live in a desktop browser.
What you walk away with
- ✓The web application and APIs
- ✓Database schema and admin access
- ✓Source code you own
- ✓A short operations guide
- ✓Optional maintenance after launch
Why teams choose this path
The software follows your process instead of forcing a new one overnight.
Design, development and maintenance without vendor ping-pong.
We leave seams for the next module instead of a dead-end v1.
Clients worldwide; workshops and reviews over calls, with written decisions.
Hire the same skills
Need people on your team rather than a full project? Dedicated developers, part-time or full-time.

Questions we hear first
Is this the same as buying a SaaS subscription?
No. You own the product we build. SaaS is cheaper when it already fits. Custom is for when it does not — or when the workflow is how you compete.
Can you take over an existing system?
Sometimes. We start with a read of the codebase and infrastructure. If it is safer to wrap or replace a module than to rewrite everything, that is what we recommend.
Do you build e-commerce?
Yes, when a store, catalogue and payments are the product. For many retailers a well-built website plus automation is enough; we will say which.
