Flutter App Development, explained plainly.
Flutter is how we ship most of our mobile products: one team, one codebase, Google Play and the App Store. You do not pay twice for the same screens, and a feature that ships on Thursday is on both platforms the same week.
We use Flutter when the product needs to feel native, stay visually consistent, and move quickly from first prototype to production. That includes customer apps, internal tools, MVPs, and products that will keep growing after launch.
KalaiNova Infotech is a registered MSME in India. We work remotely with clients worldwide — you talk to the engineers building the app, not a chain of account managers.
Who it is for
You need Android and iOS without two native teams. Flutter gets a real app in front of users while the idea is still being proven.
Two codebases have drifted apart. We rebuild in Flutter so features, design and bug fixes stay in lockstep.
You want dedicated Flutter developers part-time or full-time, working in your repo, on your hours.
What usually brings people here.
Two platforms, one budget
Separate Android and iOS teams double the cost of every feature. Flutter keeps the product in one place without looking like a compromise.
Design that falls apart on half the phones
Flutter draws its own pixels. Layouts, type and motion stay consistent across screen sizes instead of depending on each OS widget set.
An MVP that cannot grow
A throwaway prototype wastes the next six months. We structure Flutter apps so the first version can take payments, notifications and new modules later.
Store listings that stall at review
We handle Play Console and App Store Connect setup, screenshots, privacy details and review responses so launch is not a surprise.
From first call to a live product.
Product conversation
We map who the app is for, which screens matter, and whether Flutter is the right tool — including when it is not.
UX and architecture
You approve flows and screens before Dart is written. We agree the state layer, APIs and how the admin side will work.
Build in working slices
You get installable builds, not slide decks. Auth, core journeys, then payments, notifications and polish.
Store launch
TestFlight and internal testing, then production listings. We stay for the first reviews and the first crash reports.
Iterate
New features, OS updates and store policy changes — the same engineers, not a handover to a support queue.
Technologies we use
Current stable Flutter, null-safe Dart, Material and Cupertino where they help the product.
Riverpod or similar, clear feature modules, and APIs that the web dashboard can share.
Auth, push, crash reporting, and Node.js or Python APIs when the product needs its own server.
Play Store and App Store pipelines, environment flavours, and store assets you can reuse.
What you walk away with
- ✓Flutter source in your repository
- ✓Android and iOS builds ready for the stores
- ✓Admin or CMS access where the product needs it
- ✓Store listing copy, screenshots and submission support
- ✓A short handover so your team (or ours) can keep shipping
Why teams choose this path
Feature parity is the default. You are not waiting on a second native squad.
Hot reload during build, frequent test builds for you, and a timeline we put in writing.
Impeller-era Flutter is built for smooth motion. We treat jank as a defect, not a quirk.
Need extra Flutter hours after launch? Dedicated developers are available part-time or full-time.
Hire the same skills
Need people on your team rather than a full project? Dedicated developers, part-time or full-time.

Questions we hear first
Is Flutter good enough compared with native Android and iOS?
For most business and consumer apps — ordering, bookings, dashboards, marketplaces, internal tools — yes. Flutter renders its own UI and can use platform channels when a native SDK is required. We will say so if a product genuinely needs fully native modules for camera, Bluetooth or heavy graphics.
Can you publish to Google Play and the App Store?
Yes. We prepare the builds, listings, privacy questionnaires and review submissions. You keep the developer accounts.
Do you only build Flutter, or can we hire Flutter developers?
Both. We can own the product end to end, or place dedicated Flutter developers on your team for a set number of hours.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We work remotely worldwide. Communication is in English, and we overlap working hours where we can.
